1 At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.
2 Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
3 We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
4 All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
5 You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste.
6 Pets are not permitted on furniture.
7 Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and cannot bark.
8 An extra $25 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
smoking:
smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without a refund, for causing smoke damage and an extremely hard and costly smell to remove
